Health is a major part of our lives, we rely on our health to get through every day. Working in the health industry gives me the opportunity to help people and make a difference in their lives.

How would you define optimal health and lifestyle?
Optimal health and lifestyle would be defined as how we carry out our lives and the way we feel while we are doing it. To have optimal health and lifestyle is a goal we should all aim to achieve. To achieve this though takes dedication and an attachment with your mind and body.

Positive outcomes through positive lifestyle changes. I aim for my clients to have increased their knowledge about the concept of food, why we need to eat and how to eat.
