About Elevate

How it all started

Daniel Carlin is Elevates founder. Daniel lives the life that many of us are accustomed to. Working big hours, paying off a mortgage, maintaining relationships, learning new skills, all while trying to have some sort of social life and even go on a holiday from time to time.

Daniel enjoys living life to the fullest, but like most, had a hard timing performing consistently in all areas of life. Daniel learned that the only way to achieve sustainability was to develop healthy personal habits that he could maintain day-in day-out, year-in year-out.

Daniel’s obsession with sustainability put him on a new path, a career change soon followed and Elevate was born.

Until Now

Elevate has grown quickly over the past few years and is now recognised as a leading corporate health provider, working with some of Australia’s largest household names.

Our programs are customised to meet the needs of our clients using a mix of assessment tools, seminars, workshops, individual performance coaching and group fitness sessions.

Elevate has helped hundreds of individuals and numerous organisations to develop their own personal habits and achieve long term health and sustainability.

Our rapid growth made us aware of a genuine need for services that can assist people in getting healthy, preventing illness and injury, sustaining our performance and thriving in all areas of our lives.

Elevate in 2010

During these early years we were continually approached by people wanting more. Wanting to know who they could see to get help with nutritional requirements, where to go if they are injured or how they can better manage their stress levels.

While we provided our clients with quality information, tools and strategies through seminars and workshops, we could not service the individual health needs of every person long term. As we value our client’s needs we decided that as a company we needed to do more.

We can proudly say that in 2010 we have launched the first Elevate Health and Performance Centre!

The centre exists to provide busy professionals with easy accessibility to all of the allied health services that they could possibly need under one roof to get healthy, stay healthy and perform more consistently.

The Future

Elevate is all about people. We will continue to listen to your needs and allow ourselves to be guided by them.
